New release PTV Mapserver 5.8.1.35 available

DownloadImprovements:

  • A memory leak concerning string manipulation is removed. Especially the routing module was affected, when a route list is calculated containing many list entries.
  • Kernel: Long duration map renderings could result in objects, which are not drawn. The reason for this was the refreshing of the intermediate map content, which shows the user a progressing of the rendering process. The refreshings are triggered by an internal timer (the interval between two refreshings can be set via the RefreshRate property). Because the refreshing takes place concurrently to the rendering process, some GDI objects were not drawn. Especially for GISLayer and MapEditor layers, this behavior was detected. This bug is fixed.
