PTV Africa City Map 2017 map-setup released

As of now the map/map-setup PTV Africa City Map 2017 (TomTom 2015.12, AND 2015.H1) is released for the following products:

  • PTV xServer
  • PTV Mapserver
  • PTV Smartour 2016.2

Improvements

    • Feature Layer Trafficpatterns are now available for South Africa.
    • Unpaved roads get a new type – please use the current render.ini

  • POIs (xServer)
  • POIs (Mapserver)
  • Time Zones Feature Layer
  • Traffic Patterns Feature Layer

The Feature Layer content is included in the map-setup by default. You can get the other contents separately (e.g. via Product Management, Dev-Zone or product-setup).

PTV India City Map 2016 map-setup released

As of now the map/map-setup PTV India City Map 2016 (HERE 2016.Q2) is released for the following products:

  • PTV xServer
  • PTV Mapserver
  • PTV Smartour 2016.2

Improvements

  • New state ind-tg (state Telangana)
  • Truck Attributes FL are available for 27 states
  • Dynamic Traffic Information (TMC Tables) is available for ind-dd (state Daman and Diu)
  • Traffic Patterns FL is available for ind-dd (state Daman and Diu)

PTV South Asia City Map 2016 map-setup released

As of now the map/map-setup PTV South Asia City Map 2016 (TomTom 2015.12) is released for the following products:

  • PTV xServer
  • PTV Mapserver
  • PTV Smartour 2016.2

Improvements

  • Taiwan has been included as a new country.
  • Built-up areas are now included in all countries. In the last map versions they were filtered, because they didn’t look realistic.
  • Unpaved roads get a new type – please use the current render.ini.
  • New heights are available.

  • aus-ot  (Australia other territories) is split into 3 countries:
      • cck: Cocos (Keeling) Islands
      • cxr: Christmas Islands
      • nfk: Norfolk Island
